Delivery Information

 Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg:

Enjoy free tracked delivery on orders over €45.

A €6.00 delivery fee applies to orders under €45.

We do not presently offer customers from France, Italy, Germany, England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands the ability to order directly online from FULFIL.

1. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date, which will be within 1-3 days after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order). Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control.
2. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our courier will leave you a note that the product(s) have been returned to their premises, in which case, please contact them to rearrange delivery.
3. Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the product(s) to the address you gave us and the product(s) will be your responsibility from that time.

4. You own the product(s) once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

5. If we miss the 3-5 day delivery deadline for any product(s) then you may cancel your order straight away if any of the following apply:c. you told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential
6. If you do not wish to cancel your order straight away you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can cancel your Order if we do not meet the new deadline.

NON-EU DELIVERY

1. We do not deliver to addresses outside the European Union (EU) at this time.

2. You may place an order for product(s) from outside the EU, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the EU.
