Boxing is hot right now. As in literally – it’ll make you a red, sweaty mess but you’ll feel like Katie Taylor afterwards so who cares?
We’re big fans of boxing here at Fulfil HQ. It’s one of the best ways to bust out your stress after a crap day in work and the workout will push your fitness levels to the max. Combining high-intensity cardio and lower body, upper body and core work, it will improve your strength, your resting heart rate and stamina.
But aside from the fitness bit, putting on your gloves, throwing some punches and hearing that satisfying crack as your glove hits the pad will have you walking out of the place and immediately looking for some steps to run up, Rocky style.
If you’ve been tempted to try boxing but find it a bit intimidating, look for a class that lets you work on individual punch bags so that you can go at your own pace and not worry about an angry accountant hitting you in the face.
Or find a tense friend that could do with some stress relief to buddy-up with. We guarantee that you’ll be wrecked but completely addicted!
