Makes 4 mini cheesecakes
A healthier take on the traditional cheesecake! Our Cookies & Cream bar adds some crumble to this smooth, creamy cheesecake. With only a few ingredients and utensils needed this one is a must try! Serve in four small glass jars and enjoy.
- 4 tbsp. Vanilla Casein Powder
- 250g Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 Fulfil Cookies & Cream Bars
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- In a food processor, blend the Fulfil bars along with the until a bread crumb texture is formed.
- Spoon the mixture into four small glass jars.
- In a small bowl, combine the casein powder and yogurt into a smooth thick creamy texture.
- Spoon the topping mix over the top (approx. 2 tbsp. in each) and serve.
